Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy:
- Develop and execute our organization’s technology strategy.
- Ensure we have the necessary capabilities, systems, partnerships, and staff to achieve our strategic goals.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and conduct performance reviews for all technology staff.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Planning Team to set multi-year and annual business and technology goals.
- Regularly review plans to align with corporate aspirations.
- Project Management:
- Keep leadership and staff informed about the status of ongoing technology projects.
- Drive technology modernization by monitoring industry trends and delivering solutions to meet customer demands.
- Accountability:
- Protect, secure, and mitigate all systems, data, and user accounts from cyber threats.
- Ensure our network and systems are modern, prepared, and optimized for employee productivity and customer experience.
- Minimize employee downtime and enhance internal and external support functions.
- Manage critical IT partnerships to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity.
- Maintain consistent control and monitoring of company-owned equipment.
- Optimize data warehouse structures for efficient reporting.
- Monitor customer interfaces for stable public access.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Align technology strategy with business objectives, emphasizing applications, integration, and innovation.
- Leverage operational knowledge across the organization to propose creative solutions.
- Collaborate with managers to prioritize resources for technology opportunities.
- Identify the need for system upgrades or new configurations.
- Cybersecurity and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements for data security, privacy, and compliance.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Application Management:
- Oversee the lifecycle management of enterprise applications.
- Ensure they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Technology Evaluation and Adoption:
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
