Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with the client's needs and objectives
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
