```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. As the Human Resources Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. ```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the HR department
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process
- Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage talent management initiatives, including performance evaluations and career development plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement projects
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP) for data collection and analysis
- Experience in change management initiatives
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.50 - $75,000.77 per year
