Responsibility：
1. responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of an international chain of food and beverage outlets to ensure the smooth running of the outlets and achievement of performance targets.

2. develops and implements the store's strategic plan, sales targets and marketing strategies to increase sales and improve brand awareness.

3. ensure stores maintain a positive customer experience, provide high quality service and resolve customer complaints and issues.

4. recruit, train and manage the store's staff team to ensure staff have good product knowledge and service skills.

5. monitoring and enforcing food safety and hygiene standards to ensure that the store complies with relevant regulations and standards.

6. follow up on market trends and competitors' dynamics, formulate and adjust store operation strategies to stay competitive and meet market demands.

7. manage store budgets and costs, control financial risks of store operations, and generate and analyze store sales reports on a regular basis.

8. Collaborate with teams from head office and other departments to promote store development and participate in new company programs and activities.

Position Requirements:

1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in hotel management, business management or related majors.

2. English requirements: excellent oral communication skills in English.

3. Work experience: international catering industry related work experience is preferred.

4. Leadership and team management skills: good leadership skills, able to motivate and manage the team to drive the business forward.

5. Strong communication and coordination skills: able to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff, customers and other teams to solve problems and manage conflicts.

6. Business awareness: Understand market trends and competitors in the restaurant industry and be able to develop and adjust store business strategies.
