Overview and Perks
- Part-time, Contract to hire.
- Compensation : $20 / hour
- Onsite role in St. Louis Park, MN
- Monday-Friday, 1 : 30pm-6pm Flexible shift.
Responsibilities Include :
- Assist customers in placing orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
- Engage with customers via various channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Overseeing personnel files, handling disciplinary issues, and monitoring performance.
- Handle customer returns and claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize and assist with various customer service issues escalated by customer service agents and managers, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and communicate valuable insights to the appropriate departments within the organization.
Qualifications Include :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
