- Ensure the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately
- Update financial records
- Perform account reconciliations and prepare related reports for management.
- Process daily transactions related to business dealings including accounts receivable, receipts and cash transactions
- Track cash applications including discrepancies, refunds, adjustments and misc items
- Maintain filing systems
- Assist with other accounting projects in the office as needed.
