OPPORTUNITIES, INC. is Hiring an Accounting Manager Near Park, MN

Our organization is dedicated to serving the Medium and Heavy Duty Full Service Lease Industry segment throughout the Upper Midwest. From the beginning of the vehicle specification process through to the on-going vehicle operation and maintenance, and finally replacement process; our team of dedicated and highly skilled professionals work diligently to keep our customers trucks on the road running as smoothly and cost effectively as possible.

Accounting Manager duties and responsibilities:

  • Daily Bank Reconciliation
  • All accounting related to New, termed, renewed, transferred, Lease and Rental units.
  • A/R resource and oversee customer accounts and assist with rectifying issues.
  • GL account reconciliations
  • Assist with Month End closing.
  • Equipment Insurance-daily verification and monthly reporting
  • Cross Training within the accounting department
  • Other tasks as needed.

Accounting Manager Qualifications:

  •  3-5 years accounting experience including general ledger. 
  • Critical thinking skills to solve problems independently. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize priorities based on monthly deadlines.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dealership experience is a plus but not necessary.
