Opportunity
LIFE SURGE is seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team, and who is looking to grow with our company. Being customer-focused, positive, and dedicated to great service is a must. You should also be good at keeping things confidential and handling multiple tasks. While prior receptionist experience is a bonus, we're more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for assisting others. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our office in Palmetto, FL.
Responsibilities
Handle feedback and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
Greet all visitors, guests and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor by name when possible.
Offer refreshments for visitors and guests upon arrival.
Manage and maintain the reception area and lobby, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace at all times.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries and advise recipients when they arrive.
Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed, and communicate with internal staff important messages and updates.
Assist with inquiries, provide information about Life Surge's services, and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Assist in various administrative tasks, including filing and maintaining Operational files in SharePoint, data entry, and assisting in managing office supplies.
Monitor and manage access to the facility, ensuring the security and safety of clients and staff.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
