Qualifications:
Solid phone and customer service skills a plus
Ability to type 45 WPM
Ability to use multiple software programs.
Possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must be a quick learner, adaptable, dependable, team-oriented and have great work ethic
Posses outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy
Responsibilities:
Taking prospective new client phone calls and making sure they feel understood and heard
Setting appointments for potential clients
Supervise new client onboarding through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently
Perform additional tasks as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
