LHH/Accounting Principals is hiring for a Benefits analyst in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. Our client is looking for a Benefits analyst with a strong Human Resources background. This is a large company to work for that offers excellent benefits.

Responsibilities to include:
Providing benefit orientations and assisting employees with insurance related inquiries.
Resolves errors associated with data transmission files and communicates with vendors about problem resolution.
Responsible for troubleshooting benefits technical issues relating to day-to-day operations.
Documents, analyzes, and performs necessary testing of computer programs, third party software and reporting for one or more benefit programs.
Serves as Benefit Department point person for software modification by IT programmers and HRIS Associates.
Assists with development of job description and job classification process.
This position is a contract to hire opportunity that will start at $75k-$80k. Please apply today.
