Flexible hours, you can choose what hours work best for you!
Community Horizons LLC. offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants a choice over who provides services and how to receive them. The members make all the hiring decisions.
Care staff is needed on the following daily shifts:
830 am – 930 am, 1 pm - 2 pm, 4 pm - 5 pm, 830 pm – 930 pm
Pay: $17 per hour
During a shift, you should expect to:
- Use a power-assisted sit-to-stand lift.
- Chat about your day with someone excited to listen.
- Warm food in a microwave.
- Provide hands-on assistance for eating.
- Provide personal care.
- Help with medication (pre-package).
- Toss laundry into the machine or fold laundry if time allows.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
