Apply today and grow your professional career with this exciting new opportunity.Responsibilities- Provide internal safeguards by taking the lead on record keeping and control systems- Propose, lead, and work on projects in an effort to improve current processes- Lead payroll staff as well as operations- Handle pre- and post-payroll auditing/reconciling procedures and troubleshoot anomalies- Provide information to senior executives and cross-functional business leaders and respond to any questions they may have- Partner with other areas in Finance, as well as Human Resources, Tax, IT, and other departments as necessary for reporting, compliance and strategic analysis- Keep track of financial trends by completing payroll analysis- Start a strong team and lead it to much success- Take responsibility for internal and external audits- Work alongside fellow members of senior Finance leadership team- Oversee the production of all weekly, monthly, and special compensation payroll runs. Interpret pay policies (LOA, disability, worker's compensation, vacation, bonus, etc.) and ensure appropriate amounts/deductions are applied correctly to various earnings codes in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
