Position SummaryWe are in search of a Vice President of Marketing to drive our vibrant marketing department forward. In this crucial role, you will lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence, attract and retain customers, and enhance brand loyalty. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our brand and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven marketing plans aligned with our company's objectives to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Brand Development: Enhance our brand messaging, identity, and consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Customer Acquisition and Retention: Lead targeted campaigns through digital advertising, social media, and more to attract and retain customers.
Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to effectively launch and market new products, emphasizing their unique value.
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, performance, and professional growth.
Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Budget Management: Optimize marketing expenditures across campaigns to maximize ROI.
QualificationsProven track record in senior marketing roles, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
In-depth knowledge of B2B and direct-to-consumer marketing strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 10 years of marketing leadership experience.
