We're seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will:

• Build and manage a strong portfolio of clients across various personal and commercial insurance lines.

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify client risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

• Secure new clients through effective prospecting and lead generation.

• Process and manage insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

• Stay up to date on industry trends and insurance products to provide expert advice.

To qualify, but not limited to:

• Experience in insurance, banking, real estate, or law are preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and a CRM system (a plus)
