Nebraska Spine and Pain Center is Hiring a Clinical Medical Assistant Near Omaha, NE
We have an immediate opening for a medical assistant in our very busy Orthopedic Spine clinic with multiple physicians and Physician Assistants.
We are looking for a good team player! Someone who is fun but can get the necessary work done in an efficient manner with minimal errors. Someone who likes to interact with patients, is friendly and task oriented.
Knowledge of medications and medical terminology is a must. Experience with Electronic Health Records is preferred. Must be a MEDICAL ASSISTANT.
Hours are Monday-Friday. Varies from 7:15 to 5:00 depending on clinic volumes. Currently we close early on Fridays.
Intake patients, review clinical history, medications, allergies, obtain vitals, appropriate charting and some telephone triage may also be necessary. Assist with patient callbacks and prescription refills and prescription authorizations.
