The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative and technical support for the Senior Vice-President- Corporate Services and Human Resources staff. Provides customer service to internal and external customers face-to-face and on the telephone. The Coordinator is the system administrator for the applicant tracking system; uses the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to input payroll screens, verifies and processes new hire paperwork using appropriate vendors. Transmits Company-wide communication, assists with Human Resources programs and completes special projects. |
Education and Experience • Associates' Degree in Business or Human Resources to include coursework or training in software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visual, Access, ADP, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
