Job Responsibilities / Requirements
- Enter in AS / 400 system the time receiving is complete, print and audit Receiver SAP entries to bills of lading and purchase order detail, resolve any discrepancies with the Receiver and scan paperwork to accounting.
- Have drivers sign bill of lading and Over, Short and Damage paperwork (OSD) and scan all paperwork to accounting for processing.
- Communicate with carriers, buyers, vendors, Receivers and Security regarding damages, bill of lading discrepancies, and scheduled and unscheduled deliveries.
- Manually schedule inbound deliveries.
- Enter cancellations and rescheduled deliveries into AS / 400 system, and send email notification to appropriate personnel.
- Edit schedule and prepare following day’s schedule and breakdown sheet for Receivers, Lumper Service and Security.
- Able to lift, carry, push and pull weights of up to 25 lbs occasionally. Weekend hours may be required for this position.
- Other duties as assigned.
