StaffBright is Hiring a Production Supervisor Near Novi, MI
We’re on the lookout for dynamic individuals ready to make an impact in the Automotive Industry. My client is looking to add (2) Production Supervisors to their team who come from a Tier 1 automotive company and have at least 3_ years of supervisory experience.
What You Will Be Doing
- Train, develop, and supervise direct reports. Provide leadership and monitor production operations to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
What We Need From You
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
- 3 years as a production supervisor in an automotive plant OR team leader role.
- Working knowledge of Lean, basic problem solving and continuous improvement tools (e.g. 5-Why, Fishbone, TPM, 5S etc)
- Tier 1 background
All-Star Skillset
The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:
- SAP
