- Oversee the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order placement to delivery.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues efficiently.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Identify areas for optimization and implement solutions to streamline operations.
- Explore automation opportunities to improve order processing.
- Collaborate with UK office to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Ensure accurate tracking of inventory and minimize holding costs.
- Implement best practices for inventory control and demand forecasting.
- Liaise with the Managing Director and the UK office to ensure that cashflow supports stock forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high product/service quality.
- Participate in quality audits and corrective action planning when necessary.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order processing, sales, cashflow and stock.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on order processing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, ideally Quickbooks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of process optimization.
