The Dillig Bowen Group is a team of 6 investment professionals dedicated to serving high-net-worth families in a fiduciary advisory relationship.

Our Team has spent a collective 80 years working in the wealth management industry. Our affiliation with HighTower-one of the largest independent advisory firms in the U.

S., and our parent company-enables us to service our clients in a fiduciary capacity. We manage $2 Billion in assets for approximately 50 clients.

What You'll Do

You will report to the Operations Manager.

Please note - this person is expected to be in the office Monday - Friday.

• Support complex client service tasks : cashiering functions, account maintenance, statement & tax document management
• Calendar management for the Managing Partners and Directors, including preparing for meetings
• Arrange conference rooms, AV equipment, dial-in numbers and video conference
• Greet clients and guests in our offices and assist with food and beverage orders and necessary
• Assist with expense reports for the team
• Maintain CRM database via Salesforce
• Assist with various marketing projects
• Oversee the team's client birthday list
• Provide support for team events & holiday gifting
• Oversee office management including supplies organization and IT support
• Assist with client events, communication initiatives and other administrative tasks as needed

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of industry experience
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce
