Position : Return to Vendor Specialist Reports to VRA Team Lead, and Returns Supervisor Compensation : $19.50 / hr Shift Schedule(s) : Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (2x 15 minute paid breaks) Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch, 2x 15 minute paid breaks) Job Duties / Expectations : Assists in inspecting items and detailing documentation of : Defects Additional cleaning of items deemed sellable Assist in Transfer Order Picking of items into VRA location.
Assist in contacting Vendors for VRA shipments Communicate return reasons, quantities, and any specific requirements to vendors, procurement team, and leadership Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors, escalating complex matters to the VRA Coordinator when necessary.
Process & package VRA items for shipping Metrics / Goals : Show progress on Asana Tasks, assigned by the VRA Coordinator, within 1 day of the Task being assigned to the VRA Specialist.
Complete assigned brand inspections within the allotted time frame. Inspect VRA items within 5-10 minutes per item. Assist with VRA metric : Items will not sit in VRA longer than 2 weeks (without contact and processing resolution.
Desired Skill set : Excellent Time & Project Management Basic knowledge of Excel and Word Proactive Verbal and Written Communication Self-Motivated Team Player This is a Full-Time, permanent, non-exempt position, complete with benefits eligibility.
