ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Support the Program Management team through entering vendor quotes, proposal submissions and order entry
• • Perform timely follow-up of vendor quote inquiries for assigned accounts.
• • Works with Program Management to develop plans to execute customer requirements.
• • Submit Purchase Order expedite requests to Vendor base in support of urgent customer requirements
• • Track and expedite past due vendor Purchase Orders to provide support for customer schedule
• • Follow up on future due vendor Purchase Orders to ensure alignment with customer schedules
• • Alert appropriate staff of potential delivery problems and coordinate with internal team to resolve
• • Work with Program management to process change orders
• • Acquires updated authorization letters from vendor base when required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

H.S. Diploma or GED

Pay: $18.91 - $22.78 per hour
