Hope House Foundation is seeking a Resource Coordinator to work in person in our administrative office in Norfolk. This position is responsible for the execution and oversight of the organization representative payee process including monitoring individual rep payee accounts, executing bill pay through accounting software and banking institutions, budgeting and monitoring spending, and reconciling and producing financial reports. The Resource Coordinator will also work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities living independently, as well as government agencies, Social Security, Social Services, and Housing Authorities, to obtain and/or maintain benefit entitlements. Must be able to meet with those accepting services in their home environment and willing to travel to various government agencies, landlords, and banking institutions. The position requires travel within Hampton Roads.
