Job Announcement
The North Carolina Coastal Federation is currently seeking a part-time or contract-based Human Resources Manager. The Federation is a non-profit organization that has worked since 1982 to protect and restore the coast through education, advocacy, and habitat restoration and preservation. This position will report to the Coastal Federation’s headquarters office in Newport, NC at least one day per week.
SUMMARY: The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supporting management of the 38 regular staff and seasonal interns at the N.C. Coastal Federation. The position is based at the Federation’s headquarters office in Newport NC, but travel to our offices in Wrightsville Beach and Wanchese may be required on occasion. The Human Resources Manager will report to the Grants and Business Operations Director.
