The Manager is responsible for-
- Managing the operational and fiscal activities of the terminal. He or she plans and develops systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the terminal.
- Supervising staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. He or she is responsible for hiring, training, and coaching employees.
- Delivering all products/services on-time and at the targeted cost. The Manager leads the development and execution of departmental strategies and plans that achieve our revenue, operating profit, safety, quality and continuous improvement objectives.
- Demonstrating knowledge and expertise in the Drayage industry including continuous improvement and root cause analysis principles.
- Insuring that the company achieves its annual and long range targets for safety, cost, quality, and delivery.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
