Key Responsibilities :

• Benefits Coordination : Clearly explain and manage employee benefits, ensuring all staff understand their options.
• Employee Communication : Serve as the go-to person for HR-related inquiries, fostering open and effective communication.
• Recruitment Support : Assist with recruitment efforts, including resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Onboarding : Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions.
• Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience : 2 to 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
• Preferred : Knowledge of Axis Care is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attributes : Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a positive workplace environment.
