Il Totano, a new restaurant opening in the West Village is looking for a Barback. We are looking for fun, kind, and respectful individuals who love working in hospitality.
Be a team player! We are looking for candidates with a genuine appreciation for the hospitality business, and a professional work ethic.
Barback Responsibilities
- Restocking & organizing the liquor room
- Juicing fresh citrus
- Batching cocktails
- Polishing glassware & redistributing out on the floor and bar
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the entirety of the visit
- Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized by following cleaning checklists
- Assist with setting up the bar
- Open availability
