Sole practitioner with a small midtown law firm located near Grand Central Terminal seeks an attorney with minimum three (3) years general practice experience, including litigation. The firm's practice consists of commercial litigation and commercial Real Estate transactions.
You will be required to make court appearances.
You will be required to draft legal documents, prepare pleadings, motions, etc.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years general practice experience, including litigation.
YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE NY BAR IN GOOD STANDING.
You must be willing to commute to our NY midtown law office.
The salary for this position is $130,000/year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
