Responsibilities
·Assistwiththeimplementationandpromotionofeducationandtrainingprograms
·Collaborate with workforce development and pre-college department to deliver educational programs to participants seeking to further their education and upgrade employment opportunities
·Coordinate and implement all aspects designated education programs, including but not limited to: recruitment and facilitation of enrollment in appropriate programs; coordinate logistical aspects of classes; provide orientation to basic class expectations and monitor class and student progress
·Trouble-shoot problems with attendance, and remote access/computer issues, etc. Serve as information center for basic program policies and procedures.
·Coordinate and conduct direct outreach to participants
·Assist to update program related information.
·Assist in generating reports for TEF leadership and other stakeholders as needed; ensure adherence to eligibility standards
·Data collection, entering and updating student data records and logs into internal systems
·Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in education, training, or equivalent years of work experience required
·Minimum three (3) years experience in adult education, healthcare, training or workforce development required
·Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
·Knowledge of healthcare education programs, adult education, and/or labor management operations
·Collaborative problem solver; high level of emotional intelligence
·Strong verbal written communication and analytical skills
·Knowledge of career and educational pathways and degree programs in the health care field
·Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends required
·Oversee advising members seeking occupational certificates on Fund benefits and programs
