Our client is a Financial Services firm located in Manhattan. This role will have a hybrid schedule. Buy-side experience is a must. Candidates without this will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Full life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions
- Foster a strong candidate pipeline through innovative postings and sourcing strategies
- Manage candidates in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate date
- Support HR Team projects (diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement)
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify top candidates' skillsets
- Provide a top-notch recruiting experience to prospective candidates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years of in-house recruitment experience
- Exposure to the financial services is required
- Buy-side experience is a must. Candidates without this will not be considered
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
