What Winning Looks Like:
- Responding to 40 warm leads a day
- Scheduling sales calls for Account Executives
- Selling the value of joining our SmartDollar program to business owners and HR leaders
- Overcoming objections
Skills Needed to Win:
- 1 years of customer service, sales, or related role
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and confidence in high-pressure situations
- Comfortable with asking probing and challenging questions to drive results.
- Demonstrates maturity in decision-making and handling professional relationships.
