Advertising Director

Full Time- Hybrid Remote

Our client is a fast-growing, nationally recognized direct-to-consumer brand. They are seeking an Advertising Director with the abilities to optimize & scale the customer acquisition practice while leading an impressive advertising team.

This is a key member of the Marketing & Advertising Leadership team, managing millions of dollars in ad spend every month. You will manage a team of over 12 media buyers, administrators, and agencies.

Required Experience In:

·Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) digital marketing & conversion-optimization expertise.

·Media buying / paid traffic expertise across multiple platforms and emerging channels.

·Departmental P&L oversight - establishing key departmental metrics and hitting targets.

·Effective recruitment, team building, leadership, and management towards results.

·Decision-making via data analysis.

Leadership / People:

·Helped evolve, communicate, and implement the strategic direction of our clients Customer Acquisition program in alignment with leadership and the company’s goals.

·Successfully elevated overall team cohesion, focus, morale, and production output.

·Adapted and streamlined the team’s organizational structure to be optimally productive, scalable, and repeatable.

·Developed and strengthened relationships with key external partners (agencies, affiliates, key vendors)

·Became an effective and integral POC & and liaison for the Customer Acquisition team and the company at large.
