PEG Music LLC is hiring a part-time Marketing Associate (MA) for their Nashville office location.

Candidates must already live in the greater Nashville metropolitan area before submitting an application.

The MA should expect to work a minimum of 10 hrs/wk, targeting 20 hrs/wk, with the possibility of working more hours based on the value add and contribution of the individual. The MA should expect to flexibly work during the hours of 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. There may be opportunities to attend writers' rounds, concerts and shows during the evening during the week.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic MA with proven experience in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. This individual will contribute to existing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions. This includes communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The MA must be an organized multitasker with the ability to handle many diverse projects simultaneously.

The MA will help build and maintain relationships with Artists and brand partners located within the greater Nashville area. This individual will be responsible for representing the company’s values and vision while maintaining a position brand image. The MA will promote organizations and develop effective brand strategies. They will ensure brand consistency and identify potential areas for brand partnering. The MA will assist with outreach and promotion efforts, including content management, and help create visual strategies.
