Note: This position is a temporary role. We expect it to start in June and last approximately 3 months. What You’ll Do

In this collaborative, entry-level role, you will get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on digital marketing campaigns with our team.

In this role, you will:

• Set up campaigns for SMS and email (Iterable, Talkdesk, Empowerhealth)
• Code and proofread campaign content (Iterable, Talkdesk)
• Collect and report data from marketing campaigns and maintain tracker with campaign performance
• Leverage Marketing Channel Dashboard to increase visibility of performance
• Assist with web content updates, development/redesign projects (Webflow)
• Monitor search engine and keyword performance (Google Analytics)
• Monitoring qualify and contact form submissions follow up action
• QR code creation tracking (Beaconstac)
• Digital business card creation send out (Beaconstac)
• Maintain brand toolkit with latest materials
• Support intake process development/ project management
• Collaborate cross-functionally on digital marketing initiatives
• Assist with social media campaigns and advocacy (DSMN8) rollout

• Assist with social media posting/ commenting/ graphics/ creating videos for social media
• Social media market analysis and research on competitors

• Complete other administrative tasks as needed  

What You Bring & How You Qualify 
First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve. You will need:

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Fundamental understanding of digital marketing best practices
• Prior web development and graphic design experience preferred (can include coursework, prior internships, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
