SUMMARY
Terry Reilly is seeking an experienced HR professional to support our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an HR background with an emphasis on Employee Relations.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the guidance of the HR Director, the Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for the administration and application of Human Resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations in compliance with applicable employment law(s), accreditation organizations and other applicable entities.
The Employee Relations Specialist participates in the development and delivery of information and training related to employee engagement and onboarding and engages in process improvement efforts related to employee relations and engagement.
Collaborates with members of leadership and the HR Team on various projects related to the employee experience. Reduces legal exposure and ensures effective management practices are being consistently used.
