Confidential is Hiring an Accounting Manager Near Northbrook, IL
One of our Global Manufacturing Clients is looking to hire an Accounting Manager. Our client is looking for a candidate with a strong background in the manufacturing or products industry (e.g., understands cost accounting).
This will be a hybrid position (3 days in office and 2 out).
We are looking for a candidate with all of the following:
* CPA/MBA
* Strong Manufacturing or products Industry Experience is required.
* Prior Management experience.
* Client is looking for a Business Partner.
* Ability to be strategic in thought.
* Experience dealing with Multi Site Global Financials.
* Strong in US GAAP
* A leader who holds people accountable, ability to manage their team (3 people) and have the tough conversations.
* A candidate who is always looking to elevate the team.
* At least 8 years of experience.
* Experience with cost and corporate is highly preferred.
