Job Description & RequirementsChief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer Faith Regional Health ServicesNorfolk, NEFaith Regional Health Services, a local, faith-based healthcare system, is in search of their next Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership to the organization. Located in Norfolk, Nebraska, they have a 131-bed acute care hospital that is accredited by the Joint Commission.
The CFO will be responsible for assisting the CEO/ President and Board of Directors in designing the organization’s overall mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. This includes: Attending and presenting in board meeting; Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other employees such as executive directors, directors and managers, and ensuring a healthy working environment; Evaluating the success of the organization in achieving its goals and formulating plans to correct any issues if the organization is not achieving its goals; Assisting in managing the organization’s finances, identifying ways to increase revenue and decrease costs, analyzing financial reports and to prepare operating budgets.
The CFO’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Norfolk sits in the heart of the Elkhorn Valley, with the Sand Hills lying to the west and farmland to the east. The surrounding land is gently rolling. The land is mainly Marshall and Shelby series soils of good absorptive quality, retaining moisture yet providing good drainage.

- Assisting in managing the organization’s finances, identifying ways to increase revenue and decrease costs, analyzing financial reports and to prepare operating budgets
