-process salaried payrolls for all locations and enter salaried new hires for the South Holland and Munster Locations. Payroll and Banking• Review timesheets for salaried employees on weekly basis at the beginning of the week so that hours are accurate when reports are run for IT. • Run biweekly payroll for CBC salary every other Tuesday for Thursday pay date.• Run biweekly payroll for CBQ salary every other Wednesday for Friday pay date.• Upload the direct deposit files to the bank for all payrolls, CBC 1546, CBQ 1546, CBC 710, Montgomery Hourly, CBC Salary, and CBQ Salary on their respective pay weeks.• Request payments for all wage garnishments.• Pay all child support payments for both CBQ and CBC salary.• Check the bank for any returns and exceptions as needed, specifically on Monday. • Issue stop payments through the bank. • Check inquiries through the bank for lost or missing checks.• Run year-end bonuses for CBC Salary and CBQ Salary pay groups.• Create upload from data provided by the VP, Plant Operations and Plant Manager and run the quarterly operational bonuses for CBC and CBQ.• Create upload from data provided by corporate and run the quarterly sales bonuses. • Act as back-up for Admin Payroll for HRIS and Finance Manager.Data Entry • Enter salaried new hires for CBC salaried (except Montgomery location) pay group in UKG Pro. Reporting • Run reports from UKG Ready and Business Intelligence every Thursday morning to send to IT. • Run FMLA hours after payroll and update log with hours used.• Run points for Montgomery group that is pointed from salary group and send report to Montgomery HR.• Manage several different tasks within UKG Ready, i.e. adding managers within manager fields 2-6, removing badge numbers from termed employees within employee roster report in HR Maintenance Report.• Perform various other tasks in UKG Ready concerning profiles/policy and global setup edits and creation of groups which would include adding or removing managers/supervisors.• Payroll Issues • Banking Problems • UKG Issues • 3 years of experience processing payroll and working in HRIS and Payroll systems. • UKG (Formerly Ultipro/Kronos), is a plus • Associates Degree or 5 years’ experience processing payroll• Excellent communication skills • MS office with an intermediate level of excel experience.Montgomery Facility (500 employees)Munster Facility (40 employees)
