ASUMH seeks qualified applicants for the Full-Time StudentSuccess Coach position. The Student Success Coach will provide comprehensiveadvising services to students enrolled in Business, Arts & Sciences, HealthScience, and Technology programs. The Success Coach will also proactively reachout to students identified through Early Alert submissions from faculty,offering tailored support to improve academic performance and retention.Collaborating with a team of dedicated employees, the Success Coach willcontribute to advising, early alert, and retention initiatives to enhancestudent success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a relatedfield.
Experience in academic advising or student support services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, andstudents.
Compensation includes an annual salary commensurate withbackground and experience, and a comprehensive benefits and leave package.
