We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our Riverbend team. The Site Manager is responsible for the development of the leaders and processes at the Riverbend Facility. Accountable for site strategy, best practices, P&L, and CI Initiatives. Success is measured through development and retention of the team, and improvement in operations and efficiency. Primary production lines are premium annuals, hanging baskets, ground cover and perennials. Reports include managers of HR, Production, Shipping, Maintenance, and the Head Grower.
