Responsibilities
- Manage the Accounts Payable process against the Purchase Order system
- Maintain the financial filing in accordance with company policies
- Review invoices and enter bills into the accounting system, verifying all required approvals have been obtained
- Prepare bi-weekly Accounts Payable Aging report for management and cash outflow statement
- Process checks bi-weekly and all other check requests as needed
- Audit and process billing transactions
- Approve and post wires, ACH and internal transfer payments
- Coordinate between Purchase Orders, Purchases, and other departments
- Place orders for office supplies when necessary
- Maintain petty cash accounts and update accounting spreadsheets for credit cards, employee loans, and more
- Reconcile vendor statements to purchases
- Provide monthly disbursement reports to the Director of Finance and CFO.
