We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Creative Services Project Coordinator to join our creative services division in delivering captivating display and video advertisements across to be deployed across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of client campaigns, directing design traffic to appropriate resources, and managing ad hoc projects to support our Client Experience team.

Essential Job Functions

• Design Project Assignment:

Assign and prioritize design projects to ensure timely delivery.

• Performance Monitoring of Design Project Queue:
• Track project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
• Generate regular reports on project status and key performance metrics.
• End-to-End Delivery of Client Campaigns:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients for assigned campaigns throughout the lifecycle of the campaign.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, and account management to execute campaigns and ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Documenting and Ideation on Process Optimization:
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement process optimization initiatives.
• Document existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
• Managing Ad Hoc Projects Supporting Client Experience Teams:
• Assist with ad hoc projects requested by the Client Experience team, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate resources and prioritize tasks to meet project objectives.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders effectively.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or proven experience (0-2 years) in project management within a creative agency or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Understanding of digital advertising and marketing concepts preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software preferred.
