Role: Project Manager

Location: Raleigh Area, NC

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the program leading Program Manager and cross-function engineering teams to manage, design, develop, and deliver the new product, including:
• Maintain critical project documents (budget, resource, meeting minutes, change request, etc.)
• Manage project schedules and changes
• Manage all key ongoing activities and monitor the execution status
• Build an effective dashboard to report the status weekly with clarity to the team and executives.
• Hold regular account meetings to align status with end-to-end cross-functional / cross-geography account team members
• Adhere to performance requirements and standards that must be met throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-5 years of experience in technology-based product development projects
• Experience in Project management and reporting tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
• Ability to define a project scope and then coordinate and communicate the execution of the project by a peer team of engineers.
• Ability to understand technical problems and coordinate the right skills and resources to resolve them.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in both a team environment and self-directed; passionate about learning new technologies and skills.
