What are the opportunities?
Our SERVPRO team is expanding and hiring for our Marketing and Business Development Team at our Iredell location. This person will be responsible for the growth and development of the market through identifying new prospects, cultivating relationships and ensuring we are exceeding our current centers of influence expectations.
Responsibilities and specific duties:
· Building rapport with Insurance Agents, Commercial Property Managers or Decision Makers
· Execute Business Development Plan to achieve department and company financial goals
· Identify market area weaknesses and strengths for growth or opportunities
· Participate in networking and social events
· Enjoys working in a fast paced and team oriented environment
· Understanding of commercial cleaning, restoration or insurance industry is a plus
Requirements:
· Drug screen, background investigation and driver’s license are mandatory
· Bachelor Degree
· 2 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience
* Annual salary dependent upon experience, and will be discussed during the interview process. *
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year with the opportunity to earn more with commission.
