What you’ll do

• Work closely with our clients to gain an understanding of their individual hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
• Manage the relationship between candidates and clients
• Schedule interviews between candidate and clients; preps the client and candidate for the interview
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other HR staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, etc.

Who you are

• You have 3 years of recruiting/sales/business development experience
• You have a strong work ethic
• You are ambitious, with a demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• You are competitive and have a desire to grow a career within our organization
• You are detail-oriented, a team player, and an excellent writer/communicator
• You have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You have a good sense of humor
• You like frequent Starbucks runs
