Pay Range : $62,000 - $70,000

Job Summary :
The Jr. Functional Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for a variety of quality applications and ERP integrations.
This position reports to the Team Lead Value Add and Business Reporting.
Required Education / Experience :
- Associate degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum three years’ experience in application support or a related role
Preferred Skills / Qualifications :
- Experience with ERP systems and integrations is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt and learn new software quickly.
- Quality Laboratory Automation (QLA)
- Basic programming skills (e.g., scripting, SQL) may be required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
