- Maintenance of DMV Pull Notice Program
- Maintenance and setup of appointments for New and Random Employee Drug Testing Program
- Driver New Hire history verification paperwork and Existing Driver update of information.
- Maintain Safety Filing.
- Onboarding and Training of Newly Hired Employees
- Assist Safety Manager with Annual Safety Training
- Ensure compliance on all Federal and State Laws
- Assist Safety Manager with management of Samsara driving policies
- Picture taking, developing, and classifying for Incidents.
- Special Projects as assigned.
- Assist Safety Manager with Workers Comp claims, property claims, OSHA & MSHA regulations.
- Site Inspections/Visits and ensures tail gate meetings, daily huddles, and inspections are being performed on a weekly basis with employee on the jobsites and entered into HCSS Safety Software.
- Accountable to maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
- Attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Strong Computer skills and experience with Data processing using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Minimum two year of experience.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with concurrent deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented.
- General clerical skills including light typing.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or equivalent from four-year College or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years’ experience in operations experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
