We are seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and the ability to lead a team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
Duties:
- Oversee and participate in the maintenance and construction of landscapes, gardens, and grounds
- Lead a team of landscapers in daily tasks
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
- Ensure equipment is maintained
- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, construction, and design
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Proficiency in various landscaping tools and equipment
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and hardscaping techniques
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
