UM Campus Dining invites applications for three (3) Dishwasher / Sanitation Technicians to provide accurate and skillful dish room service.

We are excited to be opening the doors to a stunning new dining facility, Fall 2024! This state-of-the-art facility features seven unique micro-restaurants that celebrate an expansive array of food and cultures.

Designed to comfortably accommodate over 900 students, faculty, staff and guests; the facility features roof decks with views of the Oval and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace.

Minimum Required Experience

High School diploma / GED or equivalent

  • One (1) year of industrial or food service dishwashing experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • ServSafe certified

Position Details

Position Title : Dishwasher / Sanitation Technician (Culinary Associate II)

Work Schedule : Full-time, FTE (40 Hours a week),

Shifts vary due to the needs of the unit, 12 months / year

Union Affiliation : FOCUS-MFPE

Probationary Period : Six months minimum
