Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Enter data accurately into our system.
- Transcribe notes and documents as needed.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar office productivity software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
